What this is
Dr Punt is operated by Aurum Genesis LLC, a California limited liability company. These terms are between you and that company.
Private beta
Dr Punt is pre-alpha and in private beta. There are no paying users yet, access is invite-only through the waitlist, and the app, its scoring, and its coaching cues are provisional — they can change, be removed, or stop working without notice while we build.
Provided as-is
The app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent the law allows. We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee that any score or coaching cue is correct — Dr Punt is a coaching aid, not a substitute for a coach's or a medical professional's judgment.
Your footage
What you capture on your device is yours. See the privacy page for exactly what happens to it, including what does and does not leave your phone.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to record anyone who has not agreed to be recorded, attempt to disrupt or probe the service, or submit waitlist signups you do not intend.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
When these terms change, the change appears on this page with an updated effective date.
