Privacy
Dr Punt is operated by Aurum Genesis LLC, a California limited liability company. This page describes what we actually collect today — the app is in private beta, pre-alpha, with no paying users and no account system — and it will be updated as the product grows.
What we collect today
The waitlist. When you sign up on this site, we store the email address you give us, the role you pick (punter, kicker, parent, coach, or unspecified), and attribution data captured with the signup: UTM parameters from the link you arrived on and the page's referrer. That is the entire web signup record.
iOS crash and error diagnostics. The app reports failures to Sentry so we can fix them. Those reports carry an error type and a short trail of what the app was doing, never a raw error object or a file path. The app explicitly turns off the settings that would send more: no IP address, no per-install device identifier, no screenshots, no view hierarchy, no session replay, and no request or network data.
In-app feedback. If you use the “Something broke” / “Idea” / “Confusing” feedback form, the text you write and the screen you were on are sent to the same Sentry project. Your name and email are never attached automatically — if you want us to be able to reply, say so and leave a way to reach you in the message itself.
Your footage. A capture stays on your iPhone by default. There is no automatic upload of video to our servers today — that is a later phase, not a built feature. The app's library screen does have a manual export action (the standard iOS share sheet: AirDrop, Files, Messages, and so on), and during this beta we sometimes ask a tester to export a capture that way so we can look at it. If you export a capture, that copy is yours to send wherever you choose, the same as any other file leaving your phone.
No account system. There is no sign-in, no password, and no stored profile beyond the waitlist row described above.
Who processes this, and why
Supabase stores the waitlist table. Vercel hosts drpunt.app and, as part of serving any website, sees ordinary request logs. Sentry receives the iOS diagnostics and feedback text described above. Each of these processes data only to provide the service, and for no other purpose of ours.
How long we keep it
A waitlist row is kept until we send the beta invite email tied to that address, or until you ask us to remove it sooner, whichever comes first. Sentry data follows Sentry's own retention for whichever plan we're on at the time — publicly, that's 30 days on Sentry's free Developer plan and up to 90 days on a paid Team or Business plan; we have not overridden that default with a custom retention setting. Vercel's request logs follow Vercel's own log retention, which we have likewise not overridden.
Access, correction, and deletion
Write to dev@aurumholdings.io to ask what we hold about a given email address, or to have your waitlist row or feedback corrected or deleted.
